• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the timeframe requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from your bank or payment provider.
• At the player's own request for account closure or self-exclusion.
• Extended periods of account inactivity (as defined in our inactivity policy, available on request).

Amendments to These Terms
